However, today both receptionists were too busy with phone calls to properly check in arrivals in a timely manner. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment but had to wait 25 minutes before receiving paperwork to fill out. Therefore I wasn't finished answering questions before I was called back. Perhaps some adjustments to protocol might help with that?

Dr. Keim cleared 90% of the problem in the first visit. He saw the problem as a weak gluteus medius, and used muscle testing to demonstrate a neurological relationship to my L4 vertebrae, a good distance from where I was feeling any pain. He adjusted there and my frustrating chronic nagging ache shifted immediately. A smaller adjustment 2 days later finished the job. I returned for a couple of followups to make sure the adjustments held. Miraculous!
