They walk on water and perform miracles. Very attentive and sought to fully understand my problems. Measured my feet and provided the appropriate adjustment.

So, I gave this place and their system the old college try. They sold me 1 pair of sneakers and their orthotic system. It cost about $1800. There's no guarantee and it hurt the entire time trying to adapt to this. I told them up front I have newly diagnosed neuropathy along with chronic long time back pains and etc. They said it will help and likely 'fix' me by straightening out my spine and skeletal structure in general. Has it helped? Maybe a little bit(?) Honestly not sure since I still have chronic pain and neuropathy. I can't tolerate the aggressive inserts or the regular ones, only the relaxers. But again, honestly don't and didn't notice any real pain relief. Best description is these are like teeth braces but for the soles of your feet. Nothing is a custom fit like I initially thought. Fast forward 6 + months and I just came from the foot doctor. He saw their system since I brought it with me and said that what they have is a general shape and for me at least it doesn't support in the correct areas. He insisted the only real way to properly support your foot is with orthotics of which are custom molded to one's feet for a custom fit. It's $500 for custom orthotics, not $1800 for general shaped like at Good Feet. My foot doctor could tell where my feet need support due to my walking pattern and callus buildup in certain spots. He said, "let me guess, they made you walk on a pressure pad to see how you are walking? That doesn't say much on how to help (my) feet." The proper support / orthotics will take a mold of your feet using plaster of paris. Period. Good Feet does not take health insurance. They don't offer a guarantee of any type. And employees helping you are likely paid based on commission. At least that's how it felt. I regret going to this place especially being I had to come from Florence. Twice. Extremely disappointed.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
