  I understand everyone is understaffed but it is wild to expect someone to wait 48 hours for an antibiotic. Infection is just getting worse causing more pain/problems when people can't get what they need. And one guy in particular is quite rude, I think Norm is his name. Always seems incredibly bothered. The Springfield location is a way better experience so I'll just drive further from now on.

  Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Been trying to get them to understand simple instructions from my provider for over a year. Today I was told "don't make me laugh" from a flippant little underline who continued to chime in even after I was talking to the pharmacist. That tears it. Im done with Fred Meyer. Calling my prescriber tomorrow and canceling everything I have here. Just done.

  I HATE this pharmacy! I have been using it for about 7 years and have watched it changed from a very organized and caring to frequent changes in staff, less staff, and all staff having a very poor attitude. The lines are constantly past customer service, and when you finally make it to the counter there is only one person working the front! Additionally every single way you could find out if a prescription is ready (text, call, or look online) nothing is ever correct. I just stood in line for almost 20 minutes to pick up prescriptions that were listed online as ready for pick up, to be told it was in fact not ready yet. On top of all of these issues as a person trying to receive medication, the friendly staff I have interacted with are great, but they don’t last long because they don’t get paid enough or treated properly, and for a company with so much money, they should be treating their staff a lot better.

  I’ve officially had enough of this pharmacy. What started out fine has turned into an absolute nightmare of incompetence and attitude. I’ve had prescriptions sitting for days without being filled, and the moment you ask why, you’re met with a snarky, dismissive tone, as if you’re the problem for wanting the medication your doctor prescribed. They’ve messed up my medications multiple times, and when I’ve tried to get answers, they’ve straight-up lied to me. One instance, they claimed they never received my prescription from my doctor, except I had proof that they did. The truth? They just hadn’t gotten around to it… again. I’ve had to physically go in, multiple times, to remind them to do their job. Only then does anything actually happen. The most unprofessional part? One of the staff members behind the counter was openly mocking frustrated customers, literally mimicking people who were upset about the same delays I was experiencing. That’s not just rude; it’s completely unacceptable in a pharmacy where people rely on you for their health. I’ll be switching pharmacies immediately. If you value being treated with basic respect — and want your prescriptions handled with the urgency and care they deserve. I strongly recommend going somewhere else. This location has made it crystal clear they don’t take their responsibility seriously!!!
