I waited over 15 minutes inline for my flu shot appointment with no acknowledgement from reception staff, funny thing is I was only one there and they were 4 people behind the counter. I walked out, I’ll never go back there.

If I could rate zero or negative stars, that would be my choice.
Every single time that I have came into this pharmacy, I am stuck waiting hours if not days for my medication to be filled.
Every single time that I approach the counter, I am delayed my medication. Although for the record, my prescription has been requested more than 10 hours in advance of me picking up.
A pharmacy is supposed to be helping people per doctor’s prescribed requests. Nope!
In this pharmacy scenario, let’s make our customers wait days past their refill date.
My doctor prescribed me a prescription and now I am seeing online that I have been put on hold for a week!! Not a single call or text message or nothing while sitting in the parking lot about to go on.
This time it’s not a 30 minutes waiting time past my 10 or 12 hour in advance request.
This time it’s not an additional day or two because they are busy. (It’s a whole week!!)
I know for certain that I am not the only customer they have done this with. My wife also gets the same issues handed to her from Fred Meyer pharmacy on division.
Every single time I’ve tried to call this pharmacy, I get hung up on.
Every single time I come inside, I get the same excuse (we’ve been busy) News flash, being busy is not a good enough excuse not to do your job! Especially with a 12 hour advance notice and my prescription is still not ready.
For whoever it may concern, within store Management. People working in that department should really be fired and replaced. Where is their empathy? Horrible service and not even close to professional. At this point, this is 100% discrimination.

I understand everyone is understaffed but it is wild to expect someone to wait 48 hours for an antibiotic. Infection is just getting worse causing more pain/problems when people can't get what they need. And one guy in particular is quite rude, I think Norm is his name. Always seems incredibly bothered. The Springfield location is a way better experience so I'll just drive further from now on.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Been trying to get them to understand simple instructions from my provider for over a year. Today I was told "don't make me laugh" from a flippant little underline who continued to chime in even after I was talking to the pharmacist. That tears it. Im done with Fred Meyer. Calling my prescriber tomorrow and canceling everything I have here. Just done.

I HATE this pharmacy! I have been using it for about 7 years and have watched it changed from a very organized and caring to frequent changes in staff, less staff, and all staff having a very poor attitude. The lines are constantly past customer service, and when you finally make it to the counter there is only one person working the front! Additionally every single way you could find out if a prescription is ready (text, call, or look online) nothing is ever correct. I just stood in line for almost 20 minutes to pick up prescriptions that were listed online as ready for pick up, to be told it was in fact not ready yet.
On top of all of these issues as a person trying to receive medication, the friendly staff I have interacted with are great, but they don’t last long because they don’t get paid enough or treated properly, and for a company with so much money, they should be treating their staff a lot better.
