  Customer Service is Outstanding 😁! Wide variety of glasses 🤓!! I would highly recommend them. I love my new glasses! I bought a regular pair and prescription sunglasses 😎 for a Great Deal! They were ready in 30 minutes!!

  Eyemart Express is in a more annoying place to get in and out of if you don't understand the flow of traffic but in spite of that the customer service, amazing product, and speed of service are worth any bit of aggravation! The service by multiple people was wonderful, and the employees almost imperceptibly shifted between who was serving me at any one time and yet still found my details and products really fast...even when I had to leave for an hour to pickup and drop-off a family member. Then when I realized I wasn't able quite able to get the glasses I wanted due to affordability the lady went and quickly helped me find an acceptable alternative and never made me feel badly for it. I wish I could remember names but I have a knack for recognizing faces not names ^^ Go in, you will not be disappointed! <3 Also my glasses are the kind that takes a few weeks to be specially made and it only took a week, great surprise! Most glasses only take about a few hours to a day to be made :)

  The customer service there was awesome! I had a pair of frames that they put my new rx in. I have tri-focals and they made them fit perfectly. I had went other places and no one could get them right. I recently moved before my new glasses were ready and they mailed them to me with no problems they fit awesome and I won't go anywhere else I'll drive back to Eugene Eyemart Express to get my next pair of glasses.

  You tend to wait a bit, place gets full pretty quick. But very friendly staff. And quick service once the order for your glasses goes in! It took about an hour to get both my glasses and I love them! Good place to go if you need a quick same day replacement!

  The only complaint I have is that they advertise all these but one get one free ads, but when you walk in to get your glasses, suddenly there all this red tape and reasons why it not really but one get one!!!! Possess me off when companies use that type of false advertisement!! As for the location we use, I give that office and staff all 5 stars!!!!!
