  Just here to reiterate that the therapists are very ok but billing is a nightmare. Charges for work not performed. I’ve contacted numerous times to discuss. That sent it to collections instead of correcting their mistake.

  Billing is a headache and complete mess! I have no idea what happened to this office or general communication to patients but it’s unacceptable to hit people with bills over six months after the service dates when the expectation was that patients needed to pay at the time of service and have two cards on file if using an HSA bank card. Everything is outsourced now when you call in and I left back when my provider left and to be notified so much later of large balances due is really an unacceptable business practice and hard for people with fixed income to make room when they understood the bill to have been paid months ago.

  Eugene Therapy not only is home to able therapists, but has also mastered the art of being an easy-to-use business in a way that few therapists are. Marc has made it a point to make his process and environment extremely user-friendly so that clients can focus on the matter at hand and not be bogged down by logistics, insurance, etc. What a great find!
