  They did great with reaching out for new patient appointment and pairing me with a kind and supportive therapist. My suggestion would be that for any clinic it’s important to have present a front desk coordinator to greet and support clients. The current process is you sit down stare at plexiglass, no one acknowledges you or your appointment/copay. The therapist comes out to get you when they are ready. For the cost of services and the atmosphere they have worked hard to build this is the missing piece.

  I found the person I worked with to be majorly incompetent citing not enough data to make a diagnosis, well then with a degree in Psychology maybe you should perform another test and spend more than a half an hour using infantile flashcards to form an professional opinion an absolute waste of time and deeply concerning for me due to the reason I was referred to this place. They did compile enough data though to bill my insurance see the connection there for profit but not for the people please don't go here it will increase your anxiety and distrust in the system.

  The wait time was about two weeks and they were really good about reaching out and setting me up with a good therapist. I was specifically looking for a behavioral therapist and I found exactly that. All my appointments were done virtually and helped me work through a lot of the issues that I had dealt with. Great staff and great support.

  This one star is just to write on this page, center specially ida Moadab does not have the knowledge or experience in this specialty, she in unable to treat patients and refers them to Portland centers. Some one better report her to the Oregon board of psychology , it is very unprofessional to open an Anxiety center when the director is in such a poor condition to do nothing at all. Close the practice.
