I signed up in January because they were running a special for 10% off 3 months of membership. The classes are great and instructors are awesome. The really bad is their cancelation policy and the way people sign up for classes! Say you start your membership in the 1st of every month. You get new “credits” each month. Cool. But you can’t sign up for next months classes until after you receive your new credits. So the first week after you get credits it’s really hard to get into classes that aren’t extremely early or extremely late. They also have a 12 hour class cancelation policy. If you cancel between the start of class and 12 hours before that then you loose your credit! This last month between an emergency with my horse and some child care challenges I lost 2 credits. They gave me back the one for the equine emergency, but when you have a child with a disability child care is hard to come by! I decided I needed to cancel my membership. So I called at the beginning of February. The woman I spoke to said because I signed up for the promotion plan of 3 months at 10% off I couldn’t cancel until after my 3 months were up and to write a letter to the clubs email. So I wait because it seems I can’t cancel until after I have paid for my 3rd month and I was then told my the manager that I didn’t give them 30 day notice so I am stuck paying for a 4th month!! The first woman I spoke to never stated that I need to give them 30 day notice to cancel! It’s such a scam! Their class are expensive, sign up policy is frustrating and their cancelation policy is highway robbery! Never going back after I am done with my “membership!”

I was a bit disappointed with the instructor. He came in informing us that he had enough extremely bad headach. He stayed in the back of the room in the corner. I am new to club pilates, I had a few questions on some poses, had to wave him down to get clarification only to have him say " you can always look at your neighbors" well I want to know the correct way to do it.

I took a class today from Walter which was my first class and it ended up being a 1.5 which before booking I consulted with the staff and was informed it was ok even though it was my first time. When I showed up the person working the front just told me to inform the instructor it was my first class and there would be no issue. Well in the middle of the whole class after about 30 mins I was rudely informed by Walter(who had to take 1 min out of his time to correct my form) that I shouldn’t be in that class and shouldn’t have been allowed to book it and because he had to come and correct me that he was taking time away from the class. After the class I had the pleasure of overhearing Walter talk negatively about me in front of other people and staff. I had no problem keeping up with the class besides one move and should not have been called out in front of a class full of people because of a booking mistake made by your staff. I would love to take more classes but I would never book one with Walter again. Regardless of how I preformed and the booking mistake I shouldn’t hear an instructor talk negatively about me after a class. That is extremely unprofessional.

Deeply disappointed by this studio visit. Class was easy, no music (broken), lots of talking that wasn’t just cues, only spend a minute or two in a position before getting up and transitioning to another apparatus. Instructor never asked about anyone needing modifications, asking for consent on tactical cues, or acknowledging there were newer people in the class until halfway through. Once realizing- announcing to the class someone was new shaming them and calling them out. No good flow, no extension work, no single leg unilateral even in a Ref 1.5. Heard instructor talking about members in the lobby, with other members, (whom were still inside the building.) Will not be returning. Came for an experience, left with a sour taste. Things that can be fixed, could easily have been better. This is a chain, but it doesn’t mean standard's should fall in a studio. [instructor W.]

This cozy quaint Pilates spot was a Great resource to facilitate decompression and fluidity with my mind and body. It was my favorite go to every morning before starting my work day. Sadly and very upsettingly I had a sudden and tragic death In my family resulting in an unexpected and rushed move back to California. Upon notifying the office of this loss and to please cancel my membership I was met with a very disturbing response. Not only am I shocked and deeply saddened by this lack of EMPATHY this business still charged my credit card my monthly fee of over 200.00! Along with failing to respond to my emails. What kind of wellness business does something like this? Or is it corporate mindset overrules heart space and compassion, true compassion for one another. I remain Deeply concerned and saddened by this AND still awaiting to speak with this Manager who made this request.
