Fought with me over the phone telling me there was no prescription. She only seemed concerned in being as inconvenienced as possible and repeatedly telling me to use the automated system before even attempting to look. Only after repeatedly telling her to look, she found it and promptly hung up on me. When I went in to pick it up she dropped what she was doing to come over to me, stick her finger in my face, raise her voice and tell me she didn't appreciate the way I spoke to her and "That's not the way you get things done.". The pharmacist came over, removed her, and apologized to me. This is not an isolated incident here. Other staff have repeatedly hung up on me or put me on eternal hold. It makes doing any business with them painful.
