Pharmacy severely understaffed. impossible to get them on the phone after trying over multiple days. Can’t even leave a voicemail in the inbox as a physician. Would give 0/5 stars if I could

I am happy with the service at this pharmacy. As long as you don't go at peak times the line is relatively short. I had a couple vaccines here as well, and they were quick and professional. You can tell they are understaffed (like most pharmacies) and are doing their best. It pays to be kind and patient if you want good service.

Lady behind the counter was nice enough. My issue is that we called in 5 times to only get 1 answer between 1pm and 6pm. All we wanted to know is if the prescription was getting filled. Yes it said we would get a text but we never got one so we were getting worried and kept calling. At 6:15 I decided I’ll drive down there and see if I can speed up the process. Unfortunately when it was finally my turn in line I was told for some reason my insurance did not clear the prescription or something like that. Then she followed that up with, she reprocessed it and it went through instantly so she’s not sure why that happened. Just when you think we are finally going to have some good news. THEY CANT FILL THE PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ANY. I really almost lost it when she tried to get me to come back the next day like we aren’t on a time constraint. My son has less than 48hours to get that medicine in him or it’s too late. Then she tried to be nice and see if there was a different Albertsons close by but at that point I was just so pissed off. Don’t worry she informed me no one had it within 50 mile radius. Nothing like wasting hours of your life for nothing. She was nice enough. However your guys systems and operations absolutely suck. Bottom line.

Understaffed always. Never answers phones. Always have to ask them to fill the prescription (go in and they say oh give us like 30 min to fill even though they had for days AND nobody answers phones so I have no choice but to go in knowing its NEVER EVER ready) then I have to wonder around aimlessly waiting. One pharmacist (white male maybe in his 30s) is down to earth, chill, great bedside manor. The other (younger Asian male) is like a robot and totally unbothered by anything including your medication fill. All in all its just too many negatives and they should just step out of the game. My daughters go to Walmart on green acres and they freaking rock. My insurance is not accepted at Walmart or I would totally switch. The generic corporate response is an insult. Add that as another negative. Added afain...you said in my email response five star review? No, one star. And would give pharmacy-1 if I could.

They never answer the phone and couldn't even get my prescription refilled because when someone did answer, they didn't have anyone who could process my insurance information.
