- KHKelly HoffJan 21, 20261.0Be prepared for a LOOOONG wait. They only have one window and it takes them up to 5 minutes per person. I have waited up to 40 minutes several times. I wish they would address this obvious problem. They don't carry my prescription in stock, but it can't be refilled until the 30 days is up, which means every month I am going up to 10 days without my medication. I don't know why it takes them so long to send things to this location. Their texting system is unreliable. It has several times texted me that a prescription is ready. Then I go wait in line for half an hour only to find out they haven't even started processing it.

It would ring for a short period then go to a voicemail where you were unable to leave a message and it told you to call back. Tried this 12 times then decided to take my business elsewhere. It's wild that a corporation this large doesn't have a voicemail box or a phone wait queue so you can give them business.
