- KHKayla HoganDec 18, 20251.0Called me 1hr before my scheduled lab test to cancel. I live one hour away, and was in the eugene area already mainly due to the nasty weather(literally just got into eugene when you all called.). I should have been the first call u guys make as soon as you open... so that call should have come through at 0845! Making excuses that the lab tech is sick....ok...and?! Do u want to pay for my fuel? My time? Like you all charge us if we cancel or do a no show?! Why don't u guys have multiple staffing on to cover the shortage? I work in Healthcare I've had to cover a few issues myself.....so it's confusing to me. Irriate with your guys service.
