My skin issues I made the appointment for had mostly cleared up of course, but it had came and gone before so after waiting 6 months for my appointment I went. I had never been to a dermatologist before. Front desk people were very friendly. The doctors assistant was not unfortunately. She asked me why I would come in if my rash cleared up mostly. I told her it had came and gone before and I wasn’t going to suffer another 6 months if it came back, plus I wanted a full body check. She was rude and very short with me. The doctor was fine, but definitely felt like she was in a huge rush. Wanted to freeze off a few spots on my face which she diid, handed me a pamphlet and left. She needs a new assistant for sure and grow some compassion herself!

Several call to medical assistant went unanswered I had also needed a medication approved with no response to me that it had been. Only after checking with my pharmacy did I find out. It seemed the doc was always rushed and I found things listed in his report that neither my wife of I recall being related to us.
