This is a very convenient location to us and I would like to thank everyone who works at this location for always being accommodating and friendly regardless of what time we go shopping. I’m not sure why other rate the pharmacy so badly, but I’ve never had the experience others have posted about on here. My experience has been very positive and when something was not right or as expected, the staff has either helped resolve the issue.

Would not let my give a zero otherwise I would. This pharmacy has deteriorated to unacceptable levels when it comes to interacting with some of the most vulnerable populations at their most vulnerable times. Not sure if it is leadership in general but the pharmacist seemed challenged to answer general procedure questions. Not sure if they felt their superiority challenged, but the response was to talk down to me when inquiring about general information and let me know her experience was all that mattered. There are a couple awesome techs there that usually are the buffer from this type of behavior and other techs just not wanting to do their job. Takes forever to get prescriptions filled. I wish this was the local pharmacy to have closed other than some of the good ones.

For years, I’ve had prescriptions with multiple refills, yet every single time Albertsons acted as if they needed a brand‑new prescription. Most recently, I needed my 2026 prescription filled and discovered it was significantly cheaper at Fred Meyer with a coupon. I tried to transfer it online, but nothing worked, so I went in person to Fred Meyer. They immediately filled out the transfer request and sent it over to Albertsons.
I called Albertsons later that same day, and the person I spoke with said they had the request and would work on it. A week went by with no update. When I called today, the gentleman I spoke with said they never received the transfer. When I explained that someone last week told me they did, he changed the story and said there were “no refills left to transfer.” That’s simply not true — I should have had at least two refills remaining from my last fill earlier this year. Even my 2025 prescription history shows 9 refills, which matches my doctor’s office, yet Albertsons insists they only ever get one at a time. Something in their system is clearly broken.
I was frustrated — I’ve been trying to resolve this since mid‑February — and not having an inhaler ready to go is genuinely scary for me. Instead of helping, the staff member matched my frustration and offered no solutions, no accountability, and no willingness to look deeper into the issue.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here. I once scheduled a vaccination for a child, provided the age, and showed up only to be told they didn’t even carry that vaccine for children. Again, no ownership, no compassion, no attempt to fix the situation.
I understand pharmacies are busy and deal with a lot, but the pattern here is consistent: something is wrong in their system, and no one seems interested in addressing it. Instead, the blame gets pushed back onto the patient.
I’m relieved to be moving my prescriptions elsewhere, and I genuinely hope Albertsons Pharmacy takes a hard look at these issues so other patients don’t go through the same thing.

Worst pharmacy by far!!!! Waiting for 50 min and then the counter worker said I needed to get back in line after waiting 50 min. So poorly run. Pharmacy techs were laughing about how shitty there service is. Sharlene who works the counter is power tripping and lacks any people skills. She is in the wrong job and should be fired.

This is my new pharmacy. This is the third pharmacy I tried after moving to Eugene. And it definitely has the best customer service. Why? Because people actually answer the phone. And the lines while they look long, the staff does a great job keeping things moving. If you watch, you can tell the staff are working very hard and as fast as they can. So if anyone has issues with this pharmacy, look to the C-suite not customer service. Big thanks to the staff at Save On.
