I went into the pharmacy this morning and made sure I was the first one there because I’m in pain and I’m eager to begin my treatment with my prescriptions. The tech behind the desk, named Kee, was not only rude and condescending to me, but also to the customer behind me and seemed to be giving the pharmacist, Tony, a hard time as well. She was upset that I was there as soon as they opened and I told her I didn’t mind waiting. I was thankful for the service. I’ve never left a review before, so seriously “Kee” needs to brush up on their customer service skills. I don’t know why Kee had such an attitude first thing in the morning… I waited patiently got my prescriptions, the pharmacist went over them with me and I went on about my day. I love that Pharmacy and the pharmacist, Tony, is so knowledgeable and helpful and always has been. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 20 years now and never had an experience like this. Thanks Kee! (Not)

This Phamacy NEVER has enough staff. Half the time they have one person helping, is it too much to ask to spend less than 45 minutes waiting in line for medicine when you're sick or older? Also had run ins with staff who are exhausted and cranky. This should not be any of our experiences. Do better, otherwise I'll stay home and have them mailed to me from another pharmacy.

HORRIBLE service. Lexi takes special pride in being absolutely obtuse as possible. What a wretched individual. Fought with me over the phone telling me there was no prescription. She only seemed concerned in being as inconvenienced as possible and repeatedly telling me to use the automated system before even attempting to look. Only after repeatedly telling her to look, she found it and promptly hung up on me. When I went in to pick it up she dropped what she was doing to come over to me, stick her finger in my face, raise her voice and tell me she didn't appreciate the way I spoke to her and "That's not the way you get things done.". The pharmacist came over, removed her, and apologized to me. This is not an isolated incident here. Other staff have repeatedly hung up on me or put me on eternal hold. It makes doing any business with them painful.

Nothing has changed. Line is still almost to the store entrance; they still only ever have one pharmacy window open. Don’t send your prescriptions here.
