I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but the other reviews are 100% accurate. The staff are doing their best, and I have no complaints about the customer facing staff. But this truly is the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. It's impressively bad. I don't know why it has to be this way. Is it a staffing issue? Management? Both? Even when I try to come during off hours, getting a single Rx picked up takes at least 20 minutes. It's just silly. I shouldn't have to consider going to a pharmacy across town because there's a very good chance that would be quicker. I hope Safeway remedies this, but I'm not hopeful.

Very slow. 11AM on a Friday. Seven people in line and only one person was serving customers-handling both dropoffs and pickups.

I really like the pharmacist and staff that work here, but they are chronically under staffed causing long lines and long wait times. It is very frustrating to have to wait 45 min just to get up to the window. If something is wrong with your prescription, it will then be an additional long wait time…what is wrong with you Safeway??? Schedule more staff during busy weekend times…Boo on you

Their service is too slow, and they requires a lot of time to process the prescription. My doctor had sent sent the prescription on 9am, and I visited them on 2 pm and yet they said give us more time to prepare you medicine. 😪 The staff are great but that won’t help me. 💔 If you can reach better pharmacy don’t hesitate a second 🙏🏃
