  I was not aware beforehand that it was better to make an appointment, yet the phlebotomist fit me in as quickly as he could. Another note, he is the first person in 2 years to draw blood and not leave me bruised and knotted up. He was professional and kind.

  Made an appointment for 10:40am. Needed my blood work done before 11 for insurance purposes. Tech was. Just chatting with someone for awhile in the room. I didnt get called back until 11:02. Which matters, again for insurance. When I told him I couldn't go through with the test. He scoffed at me. Pointed at his watch and said "its 11 right now" at which point I was forced to explain, in fron of like 4 other people. Why I was there and why it had to be before 11. He seemed like he had never heard of this. Super unprofessional. The lady that used to do blood draws was way better.

  Jason was great at his job-took a blood sample and I didn’t even feel the poke! Those are rare. Great job Jason, and keep up the good work:-)

  Are the phlebotomists even trained? Be careful coming here. They'll hurt you and even when you make it known just ignore you. Sad to see that this experience happened with other reviews, including a child. The phlebotomist left a scratch on my arm from scraping the needle across my skin before finally pushing it in with way too much force. I said that it hurt twice and was ignored. I have a suspicion that it was intentional because the employee drawing my blood was rude and condescending while I was in the waiting room. So unprofessional. When I first came in and asked a Safeway employee where Quest was she said they were closed on lunch... not sure why that would be since I had an appointment.
