So I've been picking up a controlled substance here and they mess me around about it every time. At least lately to a point where they mixed up two strengths which is dangerous like just a couple weeks ago today they keep stringing me along saying it'll be ready yesterday and then I start walking and they call me and say oops tomorrow and then when I show up that day they're like no tomorrow. This inept stuff is going to get people hurt or it's on purpose they also shorted me 10 pills and pretended like I'm stupid. The bottle said 20 even and they wouldn't even let me refill it 30 days later without giving me a bunch of trouble even though I should have got it 10 days before that. So thanks Safeway pharmacy for nothing I'm about to switch but I just wanted to say all this shit so nobody else gets trapped in this system and that I'm going to figure out something else because the more I put up with this the more angry I get and it's like someone is messing it around either on purpose or they don't know what they're doing but give them some training or something this is ridiculous. Even being in there is ridiculous sometimes it takes so long people can't find things etc

The wait is ridiculous. One person working and line is all the way to the door.

Tried to call but had to listen to a minute of flu vaccination information and then I had an option to talk to a staff member but no one ever picked up and I got a message that their mail box was full and if I needed to talk to anyone to call back.
