  I don't get my blood drawn often so I'm not an expert. The tech stuck me once in each arm and said he couldn't get any blood. I had to make another appointment and take time off work again. I should of asked for someone else to try. He tied off my arm but the band so very loose. It was an odd experience.

  This is by far the best experience I have had in the last 5 years since moving here with getting labs done. The wait is basically non-existent. They are extremely professional and the current phlebotomist is so great. I really like her. Way better than driving all the way to Myrtle Creek's Mercy Lab and waiting an Hour only to find out they didn't even have my order. I hesitate even writing this review because I feel like it's a hidden gem of a place right in Canyonville.

  Every single time I come here, they say they can’t find my doctor and spend 20 min putting her in the system just to have her disappear the next time. That’s after waiting 30 min because the “system” is always down. They employees are incompetent to boot.

  If my Dr. would get the order over to you it would be great, this was the third time in a row that this has happened. The order only has to be faxed, emailed, or hand carried 20 feet and delivered in person.

  I saw a post that said 3 months ago nobody could get through on the phones and guess what I need to cancel my appointment and I can't get through on the phone it's just a recording that record over and over and over I'm leaving my review for Quest Diagnostics they've shut down their phone so you can't cancel my appointment
