Closing during the lunch hour is very inconvenient. Seems to be constantly under staffed resulting in long slow lines and frazzled staff. I’ve been in lines backed up all the way to the bakery. Seems to be quite a bit of turnover at the moment.

I've had numerous visits to Safeway Pharmacy over the past couple of months, each time the staff has been so friendly and helpful!

Do not go to this pharmacy if you are trans. In the process of transition. They are horrible with handling my medications. I have complained to their manager about their staff’s offenses and I have moved my care to a different Safeway pharmacy that is further away, but absolutely worth it. The staff here are untrained and unfit for trans care specifically. I need my medications without harassment and judgement and this specific pharmacy doesn’t meet the current times.

This is a busy pharmacy with high demand, and overall challenging conditions considering the state of insurance and vaccines in this country. But I consistently find the people who work here kind, patient and professional. It’s gotta be a very difficult job, especially with such high traffic, but my prescriptions get filled quickly, my calls get answered, and vaccines are easy to schedule. The people who work the counter are pleasant to deal with and treat me like a person. I give this pharmacy two thumbs up and a big gold star. Thanks for all you do!!
