  The phlebotomist here is the best I’ve ever had—love her! She’s been doing it over 30 years, that’s probably why she’s able to keep the pain so minimal. If you are queesy about blood draws, this is your place.

  I was kindly greeted at the.door.The place looked a little dingy inside kinda like every other quest. I was in and out of there in about ten minutes. FAST!

  They did a great job drawing my blood I always feel like a pin cusion at other place and at Quest it is one stick and she hits the mark

  Went in today to have blood work done and the girl(Marisela) that help me was so sweet and patient with me. I'll be come back here from now on to get my blood work done.

  Staff at the Safeway location is good, however, the billing department is incompetent. Their billing system reversed the diagnosis codes resulting in my insurance denying the claim. My insurance rep called them multiple times to correct this, but it didn't happen. Quest knew it was a covered benefit for me, but ultimately ended up threatening to send me to collections even though being contacted multiple times by me and my insurance company to get the bill corrected and paid. I gave up after 6 months and paid the bill myself rather than having it drag on any longer or ruining my credit over it. I will never use Quest again.
