  It was a little difficult to find the Quest room in the building. But everything else was amazing. The scanner for my id and insurance cards were very efficient. The nurse was amazing and helpful in answering my questions.

  Fast, friendly, convenient, and easy scheduling and check in. I will not go anywhere else for labs.

  Every year we give this location our insurance card and one of our family members numbers gets put in Quest System with one number off. How can this happen every year? I sure hope Quest Diagnostics Corporate isn't doing this on purpose. If patients don't notice this and pay in full, it is a lot larger payment Quest receives and, most people would not notice this or, take the time to fight this... after it has happened. I know I had to fight Quest Diagnostics for months last year, I did not pay it and they kept telling me I was out-of-network. But the rest of my family was in-network with the same insurance 🤨 This - should not be happening every year! Especially when they have a copy of the insurance card 🤔
