    This is the new Advantage Dental you wait over 6 months for an appointment, they don’t notify you of that appointment as it approaches. Then when you call to find out about your appointment they say it was canceled and they aren’t rescheduling at all and suggest going to Redmond or elsewhere. Awful

    I have been a patient at the Bend OR office for a few years now until a few days ago. While I have good things to say about the providers and feel quality of care has been good, I can't say the same about the front office and scheduling. Follow up by the front office is very spotty. What works is to pester them with messages daily until they finally call back. You typically will get VM. Likewise, contacting a provider is difficult because you have to rely on the front office to get the message through. Appointment scheduling is often months out and providers and hygienists tend to turnover rapidly. A cleaning I had scheduled mysteriously vanished off their books and I found out they had no hygienist. I received no communications or updates about this. I am going elsewhere. Also, emergency care is provided by showing up at 7am and hoping to be seen. I showed up 15 minutes before to get my name on the list and was seen, but it's a bad business model - hoping to be seen.

    why do you guys have such terrible reviews? I'm assuming it's because you like treating people like crap making them wait for months on end for something that should only take 1 to 2 months tops? I'll wait for your response if it is not sufficient I'll be sure no one comes to your business again if you can even call it that.

    This place has a wonderful Dentist but unfortunately they seam to be run very poorly. I can’t get in contact with them. I’ve called multiple times and sent in a message on their website. They’ve never returned my contact. They didn’t have a dental higenist when I got my initial exam 6 months ago. They never told me that. I was brought in under the guise that I was getting an exam and a cleaning and then at the end of the appointment they told me they had no one to clean and I would be put on a wait list. Months and months later and no contact from them. Now I need my records transferred so I can get established somewhere else and I can’t get in touch. It’s really disappointing.

    They didn't give me any information or let me know before I drove across town and wouldn't let my 3 month old back with me like some moms don't have a lot of sport but finally they said i can bring him back and then nobody told me i have to get my wires off to get a x-ray of my teeth because i haven't been in years because they always cancel my appointments or they are booked out for years and i get my braces done thare no dental assistance, I can help take it off for an x-ray and I only get my bracelet done once a month and she told me to ask next time I have an appointment to get my wire is off, but who knows when I can get my next appointment to get x-rays this place is so frustrating and they never answered their phones
