  Loved working with Carolyn shes a easy gal to work with no stress.. we love getting our glasses in under an hour they usually have them ready very fast.

  I have been going here for several years, and I always have an excellent experience. We have been lucky enough to work with Jocelyn in our last few visits, and I can’t say enough about her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism.   My initial visit with Marshall attending to me was very positive; she was both knowledgeable and friendly, helpful in making my selections. She advised me of when my glasses would be ready and I received a text to pick them up within the predicted time frame I didn't catch the names of the two women I spoke with when I picked my glasses up, but both were equally attentive and friendly. And... I am pleased with my new glasses!!!

  My experience overall was quite good. There was a hiccup with insurance but, I arrived early and we sorted it out. I then looked at frames and collected a few I liked before my appointment. The pre-screening was done by the technician in a few minutes and I only had to wait about 10 more minutes before the exam. The exam was thorough yet quickly completed. The prescription was flexible and I was able to get a progressive set of glasses ordered. I received a second basic set of prescription glasses at no charge and received those readers about an hour later. Like most places they have to order the nicer set, pictured is the basic set. Thank you to the staff, great job.

  From the first call to ask some questions the service was phenomenal! Great customer service, delivered on their promises and they are so quick! I will only be visiting this location for glasses moving forward and highly recommend them. They also offer exams and I may start getting those there as well. Perfect one stop shop for your eye glasses needs! Very impressed.
