Their lunch break is 1:30-2pm. They are always closed at 1:50 though so 15 minutes early, it sucks. I work 2 jobs and only have a short break in between the 2 and them closing early greatly effects my schedule.

This location hardly ever answers their phone. Their drive-thru is permanently closed. They have been super rude.
And I pick up for a lot of other peoples medication that can't quite make it there and when I go in and I've waited even hours they say they just get the prescription or I have to wait for it to be filled I have even waited days before for prescriptions to be filled it would be much easier if we can get through on the phone and make sure it's there I know for a fact I've been at my doctor's office and I've literally watched my doctor send my prescription in.
Waited 2 hours and went in to pick it up and the pharmacy say they just got my prescription which I knew better. And then turn around and ask me when I want it. This is becoming very frustrating and they don't answer the phone I don't have a ride all the time to the pharmacy and some of the other people I pick up their medication for are home bound and then they want me to wait for up to an hour
I have even gone in pick up breathing medication and having a super hard time breathing and they still wanted me to wait.

Tia and Kaylee (spelling?) and at least one other amazing women at the counter this afternoon literally saved the day. I was in a pinch and they delivered. I’ve been working on refilling a prescription for over 7 hours today, with multiple pharmacies in town, and THEY DID IT at Safeway Franklin!! They answered the phone, they helped everyone in line quickly, they did so with kindness, and they figured out the insurance piece without asking. Like skyscrapers above everyone else I dealt with today in town. Huge appreciation for this all women team! They wouldn’t let me buy them coffee or snacks, but I tried I was so grateful. Thank you!
