Said I had to call or use the automated system for every refill even if it was monthly. Now I'm getting calls saying they are sending my prescription back because they filed it n I didn't come get it fast enough even though I didn't call it in n now I can't call it in because it's been sent back. Quote, "If you don't know what prescription we filled we can't tell you over the phone so you should just forget about that one since it's probably not important." A few months earlier when I asked clarifying questions about which ones I needed to call in on they started snapping and getting frustrated. Like huffing, pointing, slapping hands together. It was 0-100.
On another occasion the pharmacist walked away mid sentence to take care of a printer, (which the older male pharmacist at the printer was yelling loudly about n apparently needed it taken care of that second and couldnt have done himself) then was yelling instructions at me from the back of the pharmacy which i cold not hear. I wasn't even sure she was talking to me. Then they couldn't confirm which vaccine they were giving me when they took me back while also refusing another vaccine my doctor prescribed.
I know it can be stressful working there but their bad attitudes absolutely contribute their stress as well as their patients.

Awful, they would not give me my prescription, and constantly changing the story as to why. Incompetent, and they have hung up on me multiple times. They are slow, and not the least bit helpful. Avoid.
