    I have had my hearing aids for two years now. The customer service from Miracle Ear in Bend is second to none. Denise, Asa and the rest of the staff are always friendly and genuinely care about your hearing. I go in on a regular basis about every three months for a cleaning and checkup and have even had to go in unannounced to address issues or questions I have had. I have always been welcome and issues were dealt with immediately when possible. Being able to have conversations with others without struggling to understand what they are saying has been wonderful. Not to mention with the optional programming so I can listen to the television through my hearing aids, the rest of my family is happy I do not have to have the television so loud. I will always recommend Miracle Ear in Bend to any who have suffered from hearing loss. Dave Stoner

    Obviously I'm a fan of my store, Miracle-Ear! As the owner, I can honestly say I love all my patients and value the opportunity to improve their hearing! Even a more difficult patient challenges us to be the best we can, love growth. Miracle-Ear is the number one trusted brand for a reason, and can't beat a team that genuinely cares for everyone that walks through the door! We offer FREE hearing evaluations!     I am so pleased my path was directed to Emily. She has been genuinely caring, supportive and friendly. She is someone I have found to be dedicated to helping me every time we see each other. I also want to mention Paula. I appreciate her courtesy and friendly attitude each time I have spoken with her on the phone. My experiences have all been positive due to these two ladies. I also want to say thank you for the free package of batteries given to me for my birthday and the New Year. This was a very nice surprise!
