  I really enjoyed working for them they were very reasonable. They understood that life can be all over the place and accommodated me without making me feel bad. The office is very helpful and friendly and I met amazing people working with them.

  Home Instead provided care for my mother-in-law who mostly needed companionship. She looked forward to every visit from her caregiver. They had fun together and got her shopping done too. It was a big relief for my husband and I too. Thank you to the team at Home Instead Bend! We are grateful for you!

  So, this has gone back and forth. This outfit came out for an in-home consultation and said "we can do it all". Once they had people out here, the "oh, we can't do that" and "sorry, medicaid doesn't cover that". NOT ONE OF THESE were mentioned in the "sales" portion of the "courtship". Nothing worse than liars in my opinion, and these folks are great at selling things that they don't/can't deliver.

  After an unexpected serious injury resulting from a botched surgery, I found myself completely unable to care for myself. At a time in my life where I was the most vulnerable and incapable of taking care of myself, Home Instead stepped in and helped me with every detail in my life. They have been caring for me for a year, they are always there, dependable and professional. Thank you, Home Instead.
