The view of the river and the comfortable reclining chairs made the whole visit feel more like a mini retreat than a medical appointment. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They took time to talk through my goals, explain the different IV options and add‑ons, and helped me choose the best combination for energy and recovery. I really appreciated how attentive they were during the infusion and how comfortable they made the IV start feel, especially since their team includes experienced ER nurses and an on‑site clinician.
