- CBCatherine BowenJul 24, 20255.0Had my first ever cycle class with Lyle! He was absolutely a blast! Music was perfect and his instructions were easy to follow for a beginner. I cannot recommend a class with Lyle enough! Along with this, Lynsey was extremely helpful with getting my bike fitted accurately while providing education on how to do it myself! Overall, i recommend CycleBar for a high energy fun workout!

It was very welcoming though - good energy even though I did a connect class. I’d come back if I’m in town again!

It has a light, friendly atmosphere- you don’t get that awkward new vs. old members vibe at all. The instructors are all awesome. Different styles of classes that mix it up so you don’t get bored. I highly recommend CycleBar for those who want to get active without all the pressure that sometimes comes with joining a new exercise studio.
