Iāll never go back.First, no privacyā¦.they put you in a chair and leave you for 20 min while you listen to the conversation with another patient next door. He treated me like a 10 year oldā¦.āso now Iām going to do this and now Iām going to do thatā. I donāt care what youāre doing, just shut up and do your job. Got thru the first appt and they scheduled a follow up, which I thought was to check & make sure everything looked good. Wrong! He did almost as much work as the first appt. and hadnāt told me it was going to happen. Also, after the first appt the front office gave me a flyer of info to follow. I read it when I got home and it said I needed to make an appointment with my dentist to complete the procedure. What? No one said that. When I called they said, āoh, that doesnāt apply to youā. Really?
