- KLKate LessardJan 25, 20265.0I had a terrible experience at Walgreens Murray Scholls where I was waiting 30+ minutes and they unceremoniously (and without any next steps) cancelled my vaccine appointment. I went to this Safeway Pharmacy to get the same vaccine and was treated with respect and kindness (the opposite of the Walgreens experience). Jacqueline and Ashley went above and beyond to provide updates on the process (they needed to call and get the prescription released, check insurance, mix the vaccine, etc) despite their busy counter and workload. They provided exceptional customer service and I will absolutely be going back to this pharmacy in the future. The two of them handled a busy day with lots of customers efficiently and with great attitudes.

I’m now out of my prescription and will not have it for two more days. I can understand a mistake but this has happened twice in the past and is very frustrating.To update I still have not received the medication I originally requested on 12/23. I called today to confirm it was ready as I was told it would come in yesterday, the person that answered said it had not been ordered yet!!

The staff is nice when you interact with them but if we dont come in to ask for a prescription to be filled even if it was sent days ago, it just sits there. We never get text or call notifications either if our prescriptions are ready even acter signing up for it. Very frustrating.
