  had a horrible experience at this quest today at 11:30am, april 8th 2026 and i am left with a painful arm and even MORE medical trauma than before! the phlebotomist (bald man black man, maybe in his mid to late 30’s or 40’s, i didn’t get his name bc he didn’t tell me) had an absolutely FOUL and mean attitude towards me. he kept asking me and telling me over and over he didn’t know which blood tests tests to do first and why my doctor ordered them that way and i said i didn’t know.. i am not the medical professional, he is. i believe he purposely hurt me bc he kept pushing the needle so deep in my vein and then pulling it out almost all the way and doing that over and over throughout my entire 10 vial draw. never checked in beyond one “you good?” at the end. i was shaking, sweating so badly and on the verge of crying the entire time. i felt violated and really am still in pain on my arm. i’ve never had such a terrible blood draw/phlebotomist experience. this man needs to be fired and lose his license, i will be calling the board and also reporting this all to quest. plz if you can avoid this place at all costs

  The provider working was very good. He gave us appropriate information on delays but we were still able to get in before our assigned walk in wait times which was very much appreciated as we were doing fasting tests.

  Checked in 20 min prior to appointment. After waiting about 30 min, I asked the other couple what time their appointment was. They said they were a walk-in, but said the woman currently being assisted walked in about 10 min prior to my arrival. About 40 min after I arrived, a guy comes out and says, "it's going to be a while" to the lobby full of customers. About 20 minutes later, paramedics came in to help the woman who went in 10 min prior to my arrival. That means that woman was in the room (on the floor) for more than an hour before paramedics came. The guy who announced that it was going to be a while came out, looked at me and said, "your blood needed to be drawn before 9am, they should have never scheduled your appointment for after 9am" Then just turned and went back into the room where the woman was on the floor.

  No one has had a problem finding a vein on me … until Miles. Very odd interpersonally, borderline rude. Then told me to come back at 7:10 the next day. Guess what? He wasn’t working today. Another young lady was here with me - had the exact same thing happen to her. Good luck!
