I turned to Miracle Ear in the person of Jim Navarra in Beaverton OR but with the misguided fear that any wildly commercial aids from such a place would never be as good as those I had had. Jim was exceptionally professional and courteous, delivering very high quality aids that do far more than my old 'high end' ones ever did. He has repeatedly responded within a day to my pleas for help as my needs have changed. I am now a firm believer in Miracle Ear products and have already referred several people to them for help.

After an extensive test my husband was in serious need of hearing aids. Jim worked well with us and even though it's only been a day my husband loves them already and can hear things he couldn't before. We went to dinner afterwards and that was an area he had a problem before the hearing aids I asked him how it was and he said "I can even hear the dishes in the kitchen". Thanks so much Jim for all your help. As time goes on I will post again
