  I had an excellent experience with Dr Alti at Gentle Dental in Beaverton OR. I had a unique and complicated problem with with an old implant and a new crown. It took awhile but Gentle Dental stuck with it and found a solution. I highly recommend Dr Alti. Great skill and great personality!

  They were friendly and professional. And I liked that they explained in detail, what work or procedure needed to be done. And they had the x rays on display on the monitor.

  this was my new patient appointment. Everyone I had contact with was very warm, friendly, very professional and thorough. It was easy to get more appointments. I am happy to find such good place.

  I have the worst dental anxiety and Dr Alti was very gentle with me as was his assistant. I am never a happy camper when I have to go to the dentist but I am always confident that Dr Alti will take good care of me.

  My husband had an appointment at 12:30. They finally took him back at 1:05. This was an initial appointment and I was told it would be for x-rays,, exam and cleaning and expect to last an hour and a half. He made this appt. because his Medicare was allowed here. At 2:30 he finally came out and they wanted to make another appointment for his cleaning which he did not receive. The dental assistant did not put the vest over him during the x-rays. There was complete disorganization in the back because the dental assistant did not even know what he was there for. Of course the female dentist found all sorts of issues with his teeth, which he has maintained with the same dentist for over 20 years. Told him that he needed a new bridge which he had replaced less than a year ago! I sat out front and observed the front office staff. The insurance coder was rude to other employees telling them that they had coded procedures incorrectly in front of people in the waiting room. She was also high pressure. She spent most of her time on the phone contacting patients whose monthly payment had not gone through. Monthly payments? This is a high pressure, low quality office and we will not be going back. Instead, we will gladly return to our original dentist and pay for treatment that is necessary. Stay away from Gentle Dental.
