Most helpful is she took time to ask her colleague Kyle to work with me on some stretching techniques. I had never met or worked with him before but he took time out from what he was doing, and was so friendly and good at what he does. His explanations were easy to understand, his suggestions were spot on target and started providing relief from moment 1. On top of this, he just really put me at ease by smiling and projecting care and professionalism the whole time. The staff here is always great: greeting me by name with smiles and small talk that show they know and remember me. That they care. But I am writing this because Kyle and Dr. Wu took that great experience and extra step, got me feeling better and wanted to express how grateful I am. Thank you.
