Not only is their customer service is terrible, but they always seem to screw up insurance or they’re always rushing to tell you what they think instead of trying to actually figure it out. There’s one woman when I came in, that does the insurance & she kept cutting me off & trying to tell me I was wrong about my coverage so I called my insurance in front of her & they did in fact correct her, she then became extremely rude & dismissive & told me she will have someone figure it out & call me back. It’s now been 2 months & I haven’t had any of my 7 medications that I am supposed to be taking daily for my health & I keep calling to figure it out but they keep dismissing me & saying they will call me back. I’ve already discussed with my PCP & insurance & everything has been approved, come to find out they only sent a request for 1/7 medications. I will also be contacting Fred Meyer corporate because this is unacceptable & they do not care that people’s lives & wellbeing is at risk because of their negligence.
