    I had an unfortunate life circumstance change 3 days after signing up. I called to inquire about cancelling and was told to email, I emailed with no response back so I stopped by to talk to a manager or anyone that could provide me guidance on cancelling and the woman at the front desk told me that very day was the manager’s last day and that she does see my email but there is no one there that can help me since they don’t have a replacement manager yet. She said the district manager is the only one that could do it but she has 5 other studios to run so the front desk basically wished me luck with getting a response. Incredibly upsetting. This matter has still not been resolved.

    Katie is an exceptional Pilates instructor who brings the perfect balance of expertise, encouragement, and warmth to her class. Her cues are clear and thoughtful, making even complex movements feel accessible while still challenging, and she consistently pays close attention to form so I feel both safe and supported. Katie’s calm, positive energy creates a welcoming atmosphere that helps me stay focused and motivated, and she has a real talent for adapting exercises to meet individual needs without interrupting the flow of the class. I left her Reformer Flow 1.5 class feeling stronger, more aligned, and genuinely grateful for Katie’s guidance.

    Sydney at Progress Ridge Pilates it's a great instructor. She is welcoming and caring, attentive to any modifications I might need for injuries, her classes are always the perfect mix of challenging and fun. She gives great body cues and instructions, always leave feeling confident and proud of myself for making it through!

    Julia was so fun, friendly, warm, and welcoming for my first class! She gave us a great workout in that first 30 minute class. Just because it was shorter doesn’t mean it was easier!
