The pharmacy folks are just down right rude at this location. I've been nothing but patient and understanding with these folks, but after how I was just communicated with, that stops. I called to check on a prescription that was supposed to be done by 10am, that I requested two days ago because I know they're closed on Christmas, and I can't go without my medication. I was told by 'Chris' who answered the phone, "Yea I'm getting it, but I'm being swamped by phone calls so I can't fill your prescription if I'm on the phone can I...". Holy cow! I'm currently in a wheelchair and it's hard as heck to get to the pharmacy for meds I can't get delivered. No one should be treated like this the day before Christmas for just trying to see if their medication was going to be ready before you close early.

Horrible experience here. Ive been waiting 2 days to get my prescription. I finally drove down to the physical location to see whats going on. Im having my Dr call in to approve what they need approved on their side and im literally watching them sit around and do nothing while the phone is ringing and my Dr is trying to get ahold of them. I had to point out to them my Dr is calling and they need to pick up the phone. They just simply dont answer the phones at this location. I dont know her name but the young asian pharmacy tech that works here is rude, condescending and an absolute nightmare to deal with. She makes you feel like a idiot and an inconvenience for asking basic questions. If you have any kinds of important medications you need, I would highly advice finding another pharmacy because getting meds out in a timely manner most definitely is not a priority here.
