- KKKewl KatFeb 27, 20261.0Came in as a new patient after waiting months for an appt and was told I had to have an exam before I could get a cleaning. Okay fine- I waited months for an appt and did the exam (during which the doctor asked if I had any issues and I did so she fixed a filling for me). I also sent in my x rays from my previous dentist and made a new appt for a cleaning which took several more months. Got a call that I couldn’t get a cleaning because I hadn’t had an exam. Apparently the doctor put in my file that I came in for a single issue and not the exam so I’ve had to wait even longer. When the hygienist called me to tell me that I couldn’t get a cleaning she literally said I was lying about getting my exam lol. It’s been over a year since I’ve been trying to just get my teeth cleaned. Also they never answer the phone. I have never been so frustrated and disappointed. 0/10
