  interactions with Maximus Dental. While I acknowledge the pleasant and professional demeanor of certain staff members, particularly Carole at the front desk and the dental assistants, my overall experience has been profoundly unsatisfactory. Upon my initial consultation, a treatment plan was formulated primarily based on diagnostic images from a previous dental provider, without the benefit of a current, in-office radiological assessment. This approach immediately raised questions regarding the thoroughness and appropriateness of the proposed treatment. Subsequently, I proceeded with a bridge procedure, which involved a substantial financial investment exceeding $1500, even after insurance contributions. The procedure itself proved to be highly uncomfortable, involving considerable tooth reduction. More critically, I found the practitioner's approach and communication throughout this process to be lacking in empathy and patient-centered consideration. My overarching impression is that the treatment recommendations and execution seemed to prioritize financial considerations over a comprehensive and transparent focus on patient welfare and long-term dental health. Despite the total expenditure surpassing $1900, the outcome has unfortunately left me in a less favorable dental state. Furthermore, I continue to receive requests for additional payments, which, given the unresolved issues and my current condition.

  I’ve been going here for about a year and am very satisfied with Everglow’s service. It’s tough to find a good dentist, and I feel lucky to have found one. Everyone is very friendly, attentive, considerate, and communicative. I especially appreciate getting practical advice from dental assistant, Hannah, about ways to floss more often (like in the car or while watching TV). She is great at making me feel comfortable. I always feel welcomed like when staff ask how things are going in my life and remember little details. Dr. Lin is super kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. McKenzie is a great dental hygienist, efficient, and friendly. Carole at the front desk is super helpful, welcoming, and personable. They’re all great at not shaming and instead giving good instruction and praise as needed. Thank you, Everglow staff!!

  The staff is friendly and professional. They take good care of me at Everglow Dental. It's difficult to find a good dentist, so if you're looking for one, try Everglow. You won't be disappointed!
