The lines here are epically long and once you get to the front you can expect to sit and wait for an hour and a half to pick up your prescription.
- BMBrian MillerOct 18, 20251.0Do not use this pharmacy!! They are severely understaffed, the staff they do have are significantly under-trained, and their computer system is glitchy. If they prioritize a prescription and say it needs to be ready in 60 minutes, the system just ignores it. Some (but not all) staff know that they have to say 55 minutes instead. I was given 4 separate estimates on when it would be ready, each time I had to wait from 5 to 20 minutes in line to find out it was not ready yet. They signed me up for text alerts to my phone but I never received any. Strongly recommend finding a different pharmacy.

She knew I was sick and needed to get home, she was empathetic and kind and her small gestures of kindness and humor really brightened my day. I believe her name may have been Sheela, or Shiela... Something along those lines. She was very pleasant and should be recognized for it. The pharmacist, a gentleman, was also very kind and explained the medications to me well. The service from the employees, alone, is enough to bring me back from here on out. :)
