This pharmacy is desperately understaffed. Don't bother scheduling a vaccine appointment. You'll never actually get it. The lines here are epically long and once you get to the front you can expect to sit and wait for an hour and a half to pick up your prescription.

Do not use this pharmacy!! They are severely understaffed, the staff they do have are significantly under-trained, and their computer system is glitchy. If they prioritize a prescription and say it needs to be ready in 60 minutes, the system just ignores it. Some (but not all) staff know that they have to say 55 minutes instead. I was given 4 separate estimates on when it would be ready, each time I had to wait from 5 to 20 minutes in line to find out it was not ready yet. They signed me up for text alerts to my phone but I never received any. Strongly recommend finding a different pharmacy.

Some of the people that work here are wonderful; others, not so much. I've been on hold for a half hour with them this morning, which is fine but, they've answered and then hung up on me three times during that half hour. One of the requests I have from them is urgent, It needs to be addressed as soon as possible. This is not the first time, but one of many times the people at this pharmacy have been rude, impatient or unprofessional with me, or people I know. I understand they're very busy, and I don't envy them the desperate, sick and hurting people they have to deal with..That said, some empathy would be nice, for us desperate, sick and hurting people; or even better, some customer service training. 🥺

Fred Meyer Pharmacy is the worst Pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. My dad had a RX called in and when we went to get it 2 days later they were still working on it. I THINK 2 DAY IS ENOUGH TIME TO GET IT DONE. WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY GET NO STARS.

Today I called in my prescription and was informed it would be ready at 11 AM. I arrived at 11:10 AM, only to be told that it would take an additional 45 minutes. I opted to wait in my vehicle, rather than returning home. Upon returning in the pharmacy 45 minutes later, I was informed that my prescription was still not ready and would require an additional 15-20 minutes. I waited for another 40 minutes before returning to the counter. Unfortunately, I was not notified via text or alerted by the staff member aware of my wait that my prescription was ready. When I finally reached the counter, I calmly informed the pharmacist that I had been waiting for two hours. I had anticipated a professional apology, acknowledging the delay and potentially offering a justification, such as being busy. Instead, the pharmacist shrugged her shoulders, shook her head, and shifted her eyes, responding with a dismissive "OK." This behavior was unprofessional and reminiscent of the pharmacist's consistent demeanor towards me. Her lack of empathy and unwillingness to acknowledge my frustration was disappointing. A simple apology for the delay would have greatly improved my experience. The pharmacy's decline in service quality has been notable, with numerous customers expressing dissatisfaction and complaining about the lack of consistency, structure, and organization. The staff's laziness and slow pace have also been a subject of concern. Many patrons, including myself, have opted to take their business elsewhere, with some mentioning Costco, Target, and Safeway as alternatives. I had previously stopped patronizing this pharmacy due to similar issues but returned due to CVS's closure. The absence of Todd, who previously managed the pharmacy, has been noticeable, and many customers have expressed their intention to seek alternative pharmacies. And the pharmacist Britt seems to do this to me every time I come it seems intentional Personal. She literally knocks my prescription last every single time wow The front desk is telling me I’m next in queue.
Maybe she doesn’t like how I “look” is the reason she has an issue. She looks at me up and down as if she sizing me up, or making it known that she see’s me waiting, but she’s going to keep me waiting. Awful!
