  I am very disappointed in the service. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me that the person called in sick so the appointment is cancelled. My father is 85 years and had to wake up early for this appointment. Their attitude was unprefessonial. They called me back after cancelling the appointment to confirm the appoimtment.

  Says they are closed during the day from 12:30pm to 1:30pm for lunch. I arrived at 12:10pm and they had already closed the store and left for lunch. I figured since they closed early, they would likely open earlier than 1:30. They did not. I had to wait until they arrived back at 1:30. And when I got back to my car after they reopened, i had a parking ticket. It's very inconvenient when stores close outside of their stated hours. I was late for an afternoon appointment and had to pay a 50$ parking ticket. I can understand leaving a few minutes early, but 20 min earlier than what is posted really does affect people.
