The Optomitrist is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the eye exam and what everything meant which was greatly appreciated. Although every optician there was nice and helpful, it was Isabelle that helped me today and I wanted to especially note that not only is she such a nice person and went above and beyond to work with my budget, it is her professional and exuberant personality that helped add to an already great experience. Thank you! Excited for my new glasses!

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. How do I book an eye exam?

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
