  If you value honesty and a positive buying experience, I recommend Specsavers at Weston Rd & Hwy 7 in Woodbridge. I was in need of some lenses, and was hosted by, Mica. Mica did a great job helping me through the entire experience. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and explained all details from frame & lens selection to pricing. Her honestly and transparency about the print details was also very much appreciated.

  I bought two pairs when it’s on promotion but was not able to get the right pairs of glasses working for me. The doctor gave the right prescription ( I checked my previous prescription and confirmed the updated one is right) but workshop didn’t make my eye glasses right- Tried twice but after I tried on, the Lens cause strains in my eye and both of my eyes started to ache. After trying for a week with pain, the optician lady kindly sent back to redo my glasses but after trying I still have left eye feeling aching nonstop after wearing for 15-20 min. No reason was found eventually and only got refund…. I have never got such problem in other stores and Wasted 8 trips back and forth on these glasses and following visit in total and so disappointed.

  Staff at the front desk are nice hence the two stars, otherwise stay clear... the physicians aren't warmest and dismiss your concerns. The eye doctor looked annoyed and barely looked in my direction (Her back was turned to me the entire time). I try to give this location several chances, but anytime you address it they only call for you to change your rating, majority of the 5 stars are new customers. The quality of their frames are cheap and poorly made.

  I had a great experience I was back after only a few months for contacts and ended up leaving with another 2 pairs! Haha The staff is so friendly and supportive throughout the whole process, Marvellous helped me with my glasses this time but everyone else that assisted me today were also great! I can’t wait :)

  Mica at the front desk was very helpful and sweet, and super patient with educating me on how to put on and take off contacts (it was my first time and I was very bad at it lol). The service was extremely friendly and professional, didn’t feel rushed at all. She helped me decide on glasses as well as sunglasses, and gave honest opinions which I def needed! Easy direct billing with Canada Life, and Would come back to this location gladly, and will be my new source for glasses and vision care for the foreseeable future :) Dr. Samar Kafeel and Katherine were really professional and explained the assessment clearly with the 3D scans as well, awesome location.
