  recently had the opportunity to use home care services for a loved one, and I’m happy to share our experience. The initial consultation was thorough, and Melissa, the care coordinator, took the time to understand not only our loved one’s medical and personal needs, but also their personality and preferences. This attention to detail helped ensure that we were matched with a caregiver who was a great fit. Communication from the office was also consistent and clear, with regular updates and easy access to support when needed. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for help.

  The PSW’s were brought in to allow my father-in-law to come home from hospital after a fall. Both PSW’s we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and very kind. We were worried having them there all day might confuse/anger both my stubborn father-in-law and his wife who is suffering from dementia but everything went better than we thought! They seemed to know when to step in and when to get involved! Melissa was great at giving us all information we need to set up the process, was quick to answer questions and loved that she checked in on everything! Thanks again, highly recommend!!!

  I reached out to Clinic Care Manager, Melissa Terranova in desperation to find some help for my 84 year old mom who was in need of home care following a week spent in the hospital. Melissa was wonderful to deal with over the phone, and made me feel at ease right away. She came to the hospital to meet with my mom and I within 24hrs. Melissa treated my mom as if she was her own, and came up with an immediate plan for her care. Having my mom come home with help from Home Instead allowed us all to relax and my mom was so happy she was able to be at home. The ladies who came to help her every day were absolutely fantastic and so genuinely caring. Brenda and Vittoria quickly became like part of the family. They were a pleasure to have around and my mom throughly enjoyed their company. They took care of everything and allowed my mom her dignity as she recovered in her own space. It was a pleasure to deal with such professional loving people and I would highly recommend Home Instead above all else! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

  This home support agency was very helpful when my father returned home. Would highly recommend to any family finding themselves in need of outside support services. Brenda - the PSW - was phenomenal and very kind and patient. Melissa was very helpful every step of the way.
