  I recently joined Club Pilates, I completed 2 classes so far. The instructor makes a difference in whether a class is enjoyable. The instructors always prioritize safety first, and take their time to explain the movement and the benefits of each exercise we do. I appreciate the hands on approach to ensure that I am working the right muscles. I've always felt welcomed, and look forward to the rest of my classes.

  From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported. As a newcomer, I was a little nervous, but the instructors took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the equipment and movements. They really know how to meet you where you are, offering modifications and encouragement throughout class. It never felt intimidating, just motivating and empowering. If you’re new to Pilates and looking for a studio that’s accommodating, patient, and truly welcoming, this is the place. I’m so glad I found them!

  Amazing welcoming staff, Honestly was an amazing first experience very welcoming when first arrived and really enjoy the class showing how everything will be getting you ready for something that is so calming but intense but makes you leave feeling stronger and happy, really enjoy the explanation at the end of all the questions we may have, can’t wait to explore more with club Pilates💕✨ !!

  Very clean facility. The staff is kind patient and caring. The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. The stretching that’s you and exercises hit every muscle. Great experience
