Had the kindest service from Kat, my boyfriends glasses were loose and falling off his face (purchased from elsewhere, not at the fault of LensCrafters) and she fixed them in minutes and had us walking out the door happy! Thanks Kat!

First off I’d like to say thank you to NIKKI & staff at Devonshire Mall. I walked in store and left with a beautiful pair of glasses. They were all so pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend LensCrafters to anyone! Friends family and people reading this review. If I could rate them at 100% I would in a heartbeat

I visited this location for an eye exam and had a great experience. Cat assisted me and provided very professional service with thoughtful, personalized recommendations. There was a wide variety of frames from different brands at reasonable prices, which gave me plenty of options to choose from. Since it wasn’t too crowded, I was able to take my time selecting the perfect pair. The location is also very convenient with easy parking. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

I went to Lenscrafters store, located on Devonshire Mall (Windsor, ON), at the end of December 2025 to order two pairs of eyeglasses with lenses. The purpose of this review is to recognize the professionalism and the high level of the customer service assistance provided me by Dane Amyotte, licensed Optician, to help me select my new eyeglasses. Dane was very patient and so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when he explained me which eyeglasses respond to my expectations. His service was awesome, pleasant, personable and help me pick out the right frames at the best deal possible! He truly loves what he does, which translated into the remarkable shopping experience for me. I felt like the number one customer! Thank you very much Dane!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
