Priority is not making sure the patient is happy, it is solely about upselling and not following through when actual concerns are presented. Also important to mention, DO NOT purchase their warranty. Trying to sell me a warranty when most places automatically come with a 2 year warranty is robbery. Big corporations like this do not care about your eyesight, they care about the bonuses that go in their pockets when a sale is closed. Do better. Do MUCH better.
