  The way Emilie treated us was exceptional. She was incredibly patient while I took my time choosing frames. She explained all of our options and the available upgrades in detail, especially in relation to our daily activities. She has a wonderful sense of humor, and we felt welcome right away. Thank you!

  Emilie, the optician, provided absolutely excellent service from start to finish. She guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism, making everything feel easy and stress-free. I would also like to thank Dr. Monica, the optometrist, for her outstanding care. She carried out all of my eye exams thoroughly and explained my results clearly. She also shared a lot of helpful information about how to keep my eyes healthy, which I truly appreciated.

  Jennifer and Emilie were amazing! Jennifer helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made the experience feel effortless. With so many choices, she helped me narrow down two frames that fit the look I wanted. I am very happy. And to add, the price was unbelievable.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at LaSalle Superstore Location We had such an incredible experience at Specsavers in LaSalle, located inside the Superstore. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly and treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. Jen and Tammy were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond in every way — taking the time to explain our options, helping us choose frames that suited us perfectly, and making sure everything fit comfortably and looked great. They were patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You could really tell they cared about making sure we were happy with our choices. What stood out the most was how smooth and stress-free they made the entire process. Getting glasses can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made it easy and even enjoyable. They answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood everything about our lenses and coverage. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made a huge difference. It’s rare these days to experience customer service that truly goes the extra mile, but Jen and Tammy did exactly that. We left feeling confident, valued, and very grateful for their help. We will absolutely be returning to this location for our future eye care needs and highly recommend this Specsavers to anyone looking for quality glasses and outstanding service!
